Talent Briefings


Acquisitions are transformational and can be a cause for celebration, but the process can leave committed team members wondering what they'll do next. When one of our companies is acquired, RA Capital can hold a Talent Briefing meeting with employees to showcase a curated set of open positions in the RA ecosystem for which they might be a good fit. We do this at the invitation of the company's CEO and in collaboration with its HR team.
